St. Andrew Church encourages
stewards and members of the community to utilize the
the facilities available for post-sacramental fellowship
and receptions, as well as private parties.
S.J. Gregory Auditorium
The Auditorium seats 500 guests, with room for a dance
floor, or 650 guests with no dance floor.
Cocktails can be served in the Presidents' Room, which
contains a full wet bar and can accommodate up to 150
standing guests.
The Presidents' Room
 The
Presidents' Room will seat up to 110 guests and contains
a full wet bar.
In order to assure a smooth and successful experience,
the following policies have been established:
Facility Reservation
It is essential that each individual reserve the
use of the facility with Church office personnel,
and the date be recorded in the church appointment
book. A designated parish council member will verify
the date and function.
Usage Fees
The usage fees include the use of the room, kitchen
and restrooms. A church staff custodian will be present
during the function and will maintain the facility
and restrooms. The custodian will close the facility
when function ends at indicated time. The custodian
is to be made aware of any problems incurred.
Parking
Parking is available adjacent to the church. It
can accommodate 350 vehicles and is free of charge.
An attendant should be retained if more than 300 vehicles
are expected.
Security
The church may request that security be provided
depending on the size and type of function.
